Camp Registration Packets are available for pick-up at RecPlex or IcePlex 9900 Terwall Terrace, OR online right here.
All forms MUST be completed including the Camp Registration Form. This form, along with a $30 registration fee, per child, must be completed when you register in person at RecPlex or IcePlex. Note: this Day Camp Registration Fee is a one time, non-refundable fee and is due in advance for each child you are registering for each camp: Explorers, Discovery, and IcePlex. This fee includes a Day Camp t-shirt and a camp bag! Camp t-shirts will be given out the 1st session your child attends. Camp registration fee must be paid before registering for sessions.
Your spot in each session will be held based on the completion of the registration form and payment. Please fill-in camper information and check each session the camper will be attending. If you will be needing extended care, please indicate which sessions extended care will be needed. If the session information is NOT completed, you will NOT be guaranteed a spot for that session. If after you complete the information and you find that you will NOT need that session, please telephone 262/947-0437 or 262/925-6755 and let us know, so we can fill that spot with another camper.
The $30 registration fee must be paid using a credit card when registering online.
Mandatory Camp Forms
There are two forms that need to be filled out for summer camps. Both the registration form and the confidentiality form are in PDF format which can be viewed and or printed directly from this website. If you are registering for any of our summer camps both of these forms MUST be filled out as accurately as possible. These forms may be submitted in person at RecPlex Guest Services or mailed to: RecPlex -c/o Prairie Springs Summer Camps- 9900 Terwall Terrace - Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. Session Fees are due in full by the payment due date each week.NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Failure to make payment will lose any spots reserved for a camper. See Late Registration policy.
Sibling Discount: receive $10 off (weekly) or $2.00 (daily) for each additional child in the same family. Payment should be made payable: Village of Pleasant Prairie
Refunds: Cancellations made prior to the payment deadline may receive a 50% refund. NO refunds or credits will be issued for missed days unless the program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE.
Late Registrations: Late registrations will be taken if there is room available and must be paid in full at the time of registration. There is a $10 late fee.
