What is the exact date and location of the Kids EXPO?
The EXPO will be held Saturday, March 8, 2008 from 9:00am to 3:00pm, featuring fun activities, games and demonstrations. The Kids EXPO will take place in LakeView RecPlex, located at 8600 Terwall Terrace, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. More information on RecPlex.

How much do booths cost?
Costs vary according to the booth size. Cost for a Deluxe corner booth is $250; Exterior booth is $200 and Center Booth is $150. The Deluxe and Exterior booths have electric service. Presentation/Multi-purpose Rooms are also availble for $500.

What is included in the booth price?
With your booth commitment your business or organization’s receives two 8’ skirted tables with electric service for Deluxe booths; one 8’ skirted table with electric service for Exterior booths; one 8’ skirted table with no electric service for Center booths. All booths include two chairs and 8’ high fabric draped back wall. In addition, your company logo/name (with link to your web site) will be placed on our Summer Camps web site for 3 months. You will also be listed as an exhibitor on our day-of-event program guide.

What are my booth restrictions?
Typical booths include one 8’ table and either 3’ or 4’ of space behind each table. Deluxe corner booths provide two 8’ tables and additional space. Use of booth space is defined further in the Terms & Conditions form. Note: No carpeting or any type of flooring materials will be allowed.

What are my signage restrictions?
Booths will have either an 8’ fabric back wall or cement wall at the back of the booth. Exhibitors will be allowed to either tape or pin supplied signage to the back wall. SIGNAGE to be attached CANNOT BE MORE THAN 8’ IN WIDTH, OR MORE THAN 1LB. Any signage not meeting these requirements must be free standing.

When is booth set up?
Booth set up will take place on Saturday, March 8 between 6am and 8:45am. If you require access to our loading dock, you will need to contact Ruth Mack at 262/925-6765; or by e-mail rmack@plprairie.com for information. All other exhibitors are required to enter the Kids EXPO through the IcePlex entrance. A limited number of dollies will be available for exhibitors use. You may wish to provide your own dolly to move your exhibit.

When is booth take down?
Booth take down begins on Saturday, March 8 at 3:00pm. All exhibits must be removed by6:00pm. Exhibitors unable to be off premises in the allotted time should contact Ruth Mack at 262/925-6765; or by e-mail rmack@plprairie.com.

Can I drive to the dock to unload my booth equipment, and again when the Expo is over?
Yes, but special arrangements need to be made. Call Ruth Mack at 262/925-6765; or by e-mail rmack@plprairie.com to arrange your unload time.

Do exhibitors need to wear badges?
Yes. All exhibitors should be wearing badges. You will be provided with two badges that must be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration desk on Saturday, March 8 between 6am and 8:45am. Badges for additional booth personnel can be purchased for $10 each. Call Ruth Mack at 262/925-6765.

Yes. It is recommended.

What are my responsibilities at Summer Camps Kids EXPO?
Setting up your booth before the show opens on Saturday, March 8, 2007 at 9am and tearing down your booth no earlier than 3 pm. Staffing your booth at all times during show hours is required. Other requirements are indicated in the Terms & Conditions form.

Where do I park?
All Exhibitors will be required to park on Terwall Terrace. Temporary parking in the IcePlex parking lot for unloading and loading your exhibit material will be allowed before 9am and after 3pm.

How will attendees find me?
Summer Camps Kids EXPO attendees will be provided with a day-of-event program guide, in which each exhibitor is listed by company name and booth location and number. We also encourage you to do pre-show marketing to alert your customers where to find you.

I understand there is a Demonstration Stage. How can I be involved?
The Demonstration Stage will be located in the RecPlex fieldhouse. 20 minute time slots are availble throughout the day. The Kids EXPO is allowing selected businesses to demonstrate products or services that have interest to the EXPO participants. How can I register for the EXPO?
Simply complete the attached Application & Contract form and mail completed form with check to Kids EXPO, 8600 Green Bay Road, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 or fax your completed Application & Contract form to 262/694-2941 and make payment with your MasterCard or Visa by calling 262/925-6765 or complete the online Application & Contrat form and make payment with MasterCard or Visa by calling 262/925-6765..
We will confirm all booth selections by telephone or e-mail.
Registration form and payment must be post-marked by March 3, 2008. Payment by credit card will be accepted through March 6, 2008.
