Exhibitor Benefits

The Summer Camp Kids EXPO on Saturday March 8 is our area’s premier event for children and families. As an exhibitor you have a number of healthy business options available for your consideration.

Booth Sponsorship

All booth sponsors will receive the following benefits.
Before the event:

• Your logo with a link to your web site on our Summer Camps web site for three months. (You will have an opportunity to extend this commitment for a nominal fee.)
• Your company name listed on specific event advertising.

During the event:

• The ability to demonstrate, sell products, distribute information, build customer data base, make new customer contacts, build customer relations, test new products and create brand awareness in your booth area.
• Your company name on day-of-event program guide.
• FREE Wi-Fi Internet service.

Booth Space Includes:

• Choice of Deluxe Corner, Premium, or Standard space. (Deluxe and Exterior includes electric service).
• Two 8’ tables for Deluxe; One 8’ table for Premium and Standard booth.
• Table skirt
• Two chairs
• 8’ high fabric draped back wall

Booth Costs:

• Deluxe Corner: $250*
• Premium: $200*
• Standard (non-electric): $150*
• Private Presentation/Multi-purpose Rooms are available for $500. Two of these rooms are available. Room size is 20’ x 24’. You have multiple options to configure this space with table and chairs. Additional EXPO Opportunities

EXPO Goodie Bag Insert

• The first 2,000 Expo participants will receive a Goodie bag designed to include area coupons and incentives. As a participating Exhibitor or Non-exhibitor, your promotional materials can be included for just $90. See Commitment Form for additional details.

EXPO Demonstration Options

• The Summer Camps Kids EXPO will include a Demonstration Area with stage and seating for 250 participants. 20 minute demonstration time blocks will be available throughout the day. Please contact Anne Hamby at 262/925-6748; or by e-mail ahamby@plprairie.com to request a demonstration time slot.

EXPO Sponsorship Opportunities
