
Absent or Sick Procedure
The parent/guardian is responsible for physically checking in the camper at the check-in point. Dropping off a camper in the parking lot is not permitted. A transfer of care must occur. The camper must be released to the parent from the counselor or a phone call will be made to the parent/guardian.
If a camper is ill, a phone call is required notifying camp of the camper's absence. If a camper becomes ill at camp, every attempt will be made to reach the parent or emergency contact listed to take the child home. No refunds or transfers will be granted for missed days.
